Charles Berrouet State Farm, a high-performing insurance agency, is seeking a motivated and sales-driven professional to join our team as a Multiline Representative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment, enjoys helping customers, and is confident guiding needs-based conversations that lead to meaningful coverage decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate insurance products
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed goals
- Ability to build trust and guide customers through decision-making
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred but not required
Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)
- Property & Casualty license required prior to start date
- Life & Health license required within 45 days of employment
- Full support and guidance provided throughout the licensing process
