"I switched to State Farm to save. They offered the best quotes. They also didn’t have an extra fee deposit to pay to start policy, unlike other companies. I got a really good rate quote online. But Scarlet reached out and began reviewing my info to see if she could help me get a better rate. She did just that. Fast forward to today, I am still a State Farm customer and happy. Any new policy changes i can call/email/text the office and get help in a timely manner.
Everyone working in the office is super nice, but STEPHANIE she's a gem, very down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful with a dope personality. Its always all laughs and smiles when we speak. She's awesome"
