"I have requested a refund for overpayment of my homeowners for several months and have been given so many stories and runaround that is is unbelievable with Mr. Berrouet's place of business. My house was sold in March and I was charged until June for the homeowners insurance and now in October, I'm still getting the runaround by inexperienced assistants and... Mr. Berrouet refuses to speak to me. Be aware."
