I cannot say enough good things about State Farm staffer Rohan Rindan. After dealing with frustrating discrepancies across my multiple auto policies with State Farm owner and other past staff, Rohan actually understood how positive customer service skills are important and essential to ANY Business. I was deeply disappointed with how my previous concerns were mishandled which caused more out of pocket charges for a rider I thought I had all these years, recently finding out I did not.
As someone who has never missed a single payment since opening my policies in 2019, I felt as though my business didn't matter to the owner-agent, and my past phone calls were far from pleasing. Navigating insurance issues is never easy, and I was genuinely on the verge of canceling my policies and moving my business elsewhere.
Everything changed when I worked with Rohan. He showed true customer service skills and understood that taking the time to listen makes all the difference—especially for clients like myself who value straightforward, respectful service. Rohan took my concerns seriously, walked through my auto and homeowners policies with care, and made me feel valued as a long-standing customer.
