"I have requested a refund for overpayment of my homeowners for several months and have been given so many stories and runaround that is is unbelievable with Mr. Berrouet's place of business. My house was sold in March and I was charged until June for the homeowners insurance and now in October, I'm still getting the runaround by inexperienced assistants and... Mr. Berrouet refuses to speak to me. Be aware."

"I was referred to this agency by my best friend, who was happy with this insurance Agent and suggested I give this agency a call. I initially had good response and reasonable service from the agency and the agents that wrote my policy three years ago. Unfortunately, after dozens of referrals and three years of clear sailing, I finally had to file a claim for damages at my condo. I have had nothing but the runaround from State Farm and this agency for the past three months, culminating in a denial of My claim. It’s ridiculous that you cannot get assistance when you actually need it from State Farm. If the Berrouette agency could provide coverage through any other company, I would most likely stay with them. However, I’m canceling my policy at the end of the month. State Farm is a joke. I would give zero stars if it wasn’t very good customer service at the office. But that doesn’t help me in my time of need. Go elsewhere."
