"Daja Williams… an absolute professional and down to earth/relatable person.. probably the best convo I’ve ever had with an agent for car insurance ever. Really made my day. Other agents were fine but I think I needed the down to earth and relatable personality to hit home at such a tough time for me that she displayed… She was extra persistent in reaching out to me from ineligible times to now eligible (which I was heavily perhaps misunderstood on and thinking there is just no hope for me as far as low rates are concerned).. I have worked my tail off and persevered from dark days as far as this is concerned and was ecstatic of the offer she had for me. Blessings really do come to those who mean well and want to do well! State Farm - you have a not good, but an amazing young lady on your hands! Treat her well! #Salute"

"They don’t know how to talk with their customer, if they did any kind of mistake they said don’t waste your time apologize then let it be. I don’t like how they said don’t waste your time I was there I was putting my time too my time is money too. They are gonna tell you one price first then you will get surprised when you are going to pay the bill when you are asking about that question why is bill that much you are just gonna get the apology and they can’t be do anything. They are just gonna say we are agency we can’t do anything. They open that business for fun because they can’t do anything when is all about money. So be careful people when you taking anything from them write it down everything and let them know if they are doing any mistakes they should take care of it."
