Insurance Account Representative
Location University City | Full-Time (In-Office | Hybrid Eligible After Training) Compensation Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses

We’re seeking an Insurance Account Representative who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to help clients protect what matters most. This is an in-office position with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after training, based on performance. Licensing is required, but we’ll provide the training and support you need to get licensed. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products and coverage options.
- Identify in-book sales opportunities and proactively market additional products.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, billing, and claims inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-minded, motivated, and eager to exceed performance goals.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking ability.
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (licensing assistance available).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
