About Us At the Berrouet Agency, we’re passionate about protecting what matters most to our clients. We’re a locally owned insurance agency committed to providing excellent customer service, tailored coverage, and a supportive team environment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office.
Position Overview This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced setting and is interested in growing their career in the insurance industry. While this position does not require a license, there is potential for advancement to a licensed sales or service role with training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support agency staff with customer follow-up and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
